Chong Hun Cook Pledges to Bring Awareness to Domestic Abuse

Chong Hun Cook, a New York resident with dual Korean and American Citizenship, will continue her years long battle to combat domestic spousal and family abuse by launching a non-profit organization

Cook has founded Justice-4-Humanity in an effort to bring awareness to the tragedies that she and her children suffered at the hands of her late husband while residing in Ohio.

“This will become my legacy for me and my son Clifford and daughter Christine. The state of Ohio and the judicial system failed us miserably in my case, causing mental torment that has lasted a lifetime.”

She alleges that her son and daughter were raped by her late husband, but was never charged before he died.

Clifford since has died after suffering years of mental illness and her daughter is slowing withering away

Her late husband was United States Air Force Sergeant for 10 years, but he sexually molested their daughter who was 8 years of age, she says.

She took her daughter to Nationwide Hospital, one of the most renowned company’s in America, where they allegedly diagnosed her daughter as being sexually assaulted.

Then she took that rape kit to the Franklin County Police Department, which refused to bring charges against her spouse.

Thus, for years Cook has sought justice for herself and family, a daughter with a child alleged to by been the child of her own father.

Mrs. Cook hired an Ohio law firm to filed a civil law suit against the state of Ohio and Nationwide Hospital that was subsequently dismissed, leaving Cook further devastated and her family broken.

She has followed every legal procedure, but her case has been rejected by the legal system at just about every turn.

Cook believes many government agencies in the state of Ohio are culpable for the egregious acts that have ruined her life, namely the state, Franklin County, the police department for which her husband worked and Nationwide Hospital which treated by daughter, diagnosed the rape but did not report it.

So, now Cook is launching Justice 4 Humanity and aspires to advocate for her own plight as well and many others who have been wronged by the system.
